200m went last all thanks to my over strech leg!
Over strech it during training yesterday TT
Sprained it as the stupid over strech too pain then unstable ),:
Did'nt manage to sprint alll the way! Run 41 seconds ):
Was suppose to get rest! But 4x400m not enough group so E4 decided to help.
Sadded , E4 only have 4 girls there so had to run!
Forced Jiajia :P First runner Jiajia(: did'nt manage to overtake them.
Second runner Alyssa(: Manage to close the gaps abit but still lack behind.
Third runnner is me this baika! Manage to overtake (:
